Check this link to understand why your players cant connect to your server after you rebooted/restarted it (around the 18 May and after)

To fix this we need a new windows crack but for linux host you can always do this:

If this havent happend to your server yet then dont reboot your server untill you see a new fix avalible.

For players gettin the CD-KEY in use or some similar error you need to inform the server host and untill he fix it play somewhere else.
