Hello everyone! You may notice some subtle differences to the website since your last visit. The main things to notice are the server lists, add server page, the edit server page, and your my-servers page. This is part of an ongoing (and much needed) update to EPC that I am working on in my spare time. There's a lot of work left to do but this should be a good start to a better EPC. Some things that you might notice are missing right now are the server ratings and most of the details in the expanded server view (clicking + next to a server). The favorite servers page doesn't go anywhere yet either. These are the next things to be worked on and will be much better than they were before  Be sure to check back soon for more updates. Don't worry, they'll be back, probably tonight  It'll be much quicker simpler to rate servers as well as tell what their ratings are, too. |

Can't find the rating system anywhere,is it completed yet.
Other than that Would it be possible to clarify the location of the servers as that is very important to find good pings and is annoying when there isn't a location.

BTW - guys if you ahve EPC bookmarked in Fire Fox's "Bookmarks Toolbar" be sure to replace it with the newer URL otherwise you will be loading the older version of EPC and missing out on a much sexier site. |

For server locations do you mean more specific than Country? I'm sure we can figure something out..

Looks like I won't get any time tonight to work on this. I would make it a requirement to set the location but a lot of people seem to submit servers that they find on other sites, and have no idea of their origin  |

Little idea ? Why don't use geoip for server location, (something like this but then with the ip of the server, in this expample the users their ip gets done by geoip) php function : geoip_country_code_by_name($ip); If you want help with it , mail to me wim@macvia.eu |

but.. why don't you delete the old site? much people still go to the old site, and dont see the message on top that says that site isnt updated any longer..

There are a *lot* of links from other sites that are going to the old one still, so it was easiest just to keep it online with that message for now. Once I get a day to finish up some things (like the ratings) I'll probably just make links to the old site forward to the new one |

This is probably in the wrong section but I figured it had to do with the new site. I don't know why but yesterday every time I would go to log out I would get a pop up telling me to download something but it looked like it was just a external way of bookmarking but my antivirus(eset) picked it up as a virus. This is what was logged: http://guidisbaper.cz.cc/scanner10/?afid=51 HTML/TrojanDownloader.FraudLoad.NAC.Gen trojan connection terminated Threat was detected upon access to web by the application: C:\Program Files\Mozilla Firefox\firefox.exe. Don't know what this is but it kinda worried me. So heads up if this seems like a problem. |
