hey what im banned??
well .. when start the game and join the server.. and then the game start we are in respawn , but suddenly i got banned?? why??? i did not do anything ...

Don't know if IP range ban can happen on l4d, but that could be the case.

IP Range Ban can be done with plugins, and matches the behavior you describe.
