Okay so had a quick poke around and found this (please be aware I'm not at home and therefore have NOT tested this is any way):
It includes rev-emu 9.76RC1
All the present files are exactly whats needed to play after apply the update. Only some issues with emulator make this a pre-release.
At this time the know Issues are related to
an error popup window while loading the game to main menu, just alt-tab to desktop click ok and go back to game. it should load normally then.
Next known issue is when loading a map. It will show again the error pop ups.so accept them again and keep back to game and play.

At the time of finishing this upload new emu has been released (9.76RC2) so please download the attached file and overwrite old files in your installation folder.
Move steamclient to ./bin/ folder
Place steam.dll where left4dead.exe is.
Don't need to overwrite the rev.iniPost your results here
