ESt v2.0 RC2 Update 1 released March 20th



For quick and easy testing, I've hacked together some Install Notes
and repackaged EStemation/VUP files with 7zip specifically for KF servers
Updated package with March 20th ESt Update 1:

1- Super Easy Pre-patched files for KF Servers. [Windows server v1.0.1.1+ Only]
       -read the install notes included in the archive for info.

2- Vityan-style Configuration Package. [supports: LINUX and WINDOWs, any server version]
      -read my "hacked up KF-specific version of vitany's original installation notes.
This is basically everything needed for KF.  With install notes edited to focus on KF server installations.
Consider this package a primer if you've never used ESt/VUP before.
