Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare™ 1.4 Patch

DESCRIPTION:

This is the release of the v1.4 Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare™ patch by Infinity Ward.

Changes

* "Winter Crash", a holiday version of Multiplayer map "Crash"
* Improvements to the server browser
* Fixed some rare bullet accuracy issues for all weapons.
* For server admins: fixed user ban list not working correctly on servers. Ban.txt will be created in the main or fs_game directory


Mod support:


* In the connect screen, Mods will be identified as"Mod: [mod name]"
* Only official IWD files will be read from the main directory. All custom IWD should be placed in a mod directory.
* Fix for reloading several times after connecting to a modded server
* Improved mod.ff support to allow adding game types.
* Fixed an issue with HTTP redirect downloads.
* "fs_game" will be forced to lower case

Run the installer and make sure its pointed to the installation folder for Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare™

I have took the liberty in adding a Call of Duty 4 Section to the homepage for server admins to submit their cracked 'private servers...'. I have update the list to inculde what I think our the majority of the cracked 'Private Servers' for CoD 4. However if I have missed your server out that is listed in the private server thread in the CoD 4 forum please take a few seconds of your time to submit your server details again to the section on the homepage, this would be greatly appreciated...

I have also Cleaned up all the other Call of Duty Games Server lists too, all duplicates and CoD 4 Servers have be removed from these lists and added to the correct server list, so again if there are any cracked 'Private Servers' i have missed out for other version of CoD please add to their respective section. All Inactive Servers in all Server list will be Deleted at a later date...

Note.. please make sure you only submit the traditional style Cracked 'Private Server' we have here at epcgaming..... any non Cracked 'Private Servers' will be deleted from the list... pronto!!!

As you all know some mindless pricks have been attacking this site for no good reason.
Unable to disrupt a large corporate or profit-making site, they have decided to attack a relatively helpless volunteer-run free gaming community.
We can only assume it is because they can do no better.

Whilst the forums are down I will be available on xfire if anyone has any problems, needs advice getting their games online, or would simply like to play a few games.
